Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to support project financial activities by tracking costs, assisting with customer billing, and ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do

• Track and maintain project cost information and financial records.
• Prepare and update project cost reports, billing summaries, and financial tracking tools.
• Assist with customer invoicing and ensure billing information is accurate and complete.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure project expenses are coded and recorded correctly.
• Monitor project budgets, materials, and expenses to support accurate cost tracking.
• Verify material purchases and shipments are properly assigned to project budgets.
• Provide billing forecasts and project financial information to project teams as needed.
• Identify and help resolve billing discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Maintain organized project documentation, databases, and tracking systems.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, project accounting, or cost tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
