Position Summary

Our client is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns for a nationally recognized brand. This individual will partner closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to coordinate campaign production, ensure content accuracy, manage scheduling, and support ongoing improvements to email performance and automation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup, scheduling, and deployment of email marketing campaigns
• Review incoming campaign requests to ensure all required assets and information are complete
• Proofread email copy and review creative assets for accuracy, brand consistency, and quality assurance
• Execute testing procedures, including validating formatting, links, and rendering prior to launch
• Partner with marketing managers and creative teams to implement revisions and obtain approvals
• Track campaign timelines to ensure projects are completed and deployed on schedule
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and assist with resolving automation or scheduling concerns
• Support reporting efforts by monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities
• Assist with email marketing process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and project status updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of professional experience supporting email marketing campaigns
• Experience coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience reporting on marketing campaign performance and metrics
