Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. You will be responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. Our personal trainers also work on the fitness floor, helping members and keeping the area clean and in order.Minimum RequirementsCurrent Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.Current Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.Willing to obtain Group Fitness Certification within 6 months of hire date.Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.Flu vaccination required.The compensation for this role is commission based. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
