Synergize is looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our growing team. We work with nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, engage communities, and support meaningful campaigns. No PR or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship from day one. What You'll Do Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations Communicate with the public and build positive relationships Share information about nonprofit missions and campaigns Support community outreach, fundraising, and awareness initiatives Assist with promotional events and marketing campaigns Develop communication, presentation, and leadership skills Work closely with a supportive and energetic team What We're Looking For We're looking for potential—not a perfect resume. You may be a great fit if you're: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people Motivated and eager to learn Positive, professional, and reliable Coachable and team-oriented Interested in PR, marketing, communications, or leadership Previous experience is helpful but not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, communications, or similar fields is a plus.
