Are you interested in public relations, communications, marketing, and building relationships with people? We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to start a career in public relations, corporate communications, event marketing, or community engagement.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting communication initiatives, promotional events, brand awareness campaigns, and community outreach activities. You’ll work alongside an experienced team to develop your communication skills, learn effective messaging strategies, and build a foundation for future professional growth.

No previous public relations or communications experience is required. We value strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

• Public Relations Support: Assist with public-facing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and maintain positive relationships with customers and community members.
• Communications & Messaging: Help communicate information about campaigns, events, products, services, and participating organizations.
• Event Marketing: Support promotional events, brand activations, community engagement activities, and public awareness campaigns.
• Community Outreach: Interact professionally with members of the public and help communicate campaign objectives and key information.
• Brand Representation: Help maintain consistent messaging and a professional brand image across customer interactions and promotional activities.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist with preparing communication materials, organizing event resources, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Feedback & Reporting: Gather audience feedback, document campaign observations, and share insights with team members.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and collaborative projects.
• Professional Development: Attend training sessions and develop skills in public speaking, professional communication, presentation, and relationship building.
