The leader is responsible for defining and advancing the measurement roadmap, overseeing the development and enhancement of measurement methodologies, tools,and technologies, and ensuring measurement capabilities scale alongside new media products, channels, and partner types. This role partners closely with Technology, Client Insights, Client Services, and Media Planning teams to deliver innovative, actionable, and trusted measurement solutions that drive advertiser success and support the continued growth of the media network.What You Will Do• Own and drive the long-term measurement capability roadmap, ensuring Lowe's Media Network maintains industry-leading measurement solutions and methodologies.• Communicates complicated analytics concepts and methodologies effectively to all audiences- from the extremely technical to the novice and from hands-on-keys to senior leadership.• Lead the evaluation, development, testing, and implementation of emerging measurement approaches, including new methodologies, frameworks, and technologies that enhance advertiser insights and business outcomes.• Develop and deliver innovative, external-facing collateral that positions Lowe’s and its strategic customer initiatives as market leaders in the home improvement and retail media space.• Partner with Product, Technology, and Data teams to ensure measurement systems, data pipelines, and self-service platforms are designed, maintained, and optimized to support evolving business and client needs.• Establish and enhance measurement foundations that enable scalable, accurate, and actionable reporting across media products, channels, and advertiser segments. • Ensure measurement capabilities evolve to support new media channels, advertising products, and partnership models as the network expands.• Develop measurement strategies and frameworks for emerging advertiser categories, including non-endemic partners, ensuring measurement solutions are appropriate, differentiated, and aligned to advertiser objectives.• Identify capability gaps and prioritize investments that strengthen measurement effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and competitive differentiation.• Stay current with industry best practices in research, customer data tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies to enhance insight development and delivery.• Promote continuous improvement by democratizing data access, optimizing workflows, and leveraging automation and technology to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in+R2 Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, Applied Quantitative or related field and 8-10 Years Marketing, Finance or General Analytics• 6-8 Years digital media and/or consumer insights experience• 3-5 Years Experience leading teams with proven business impact• 6-8 Years Experience story-telling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy to understand wayPreferred Skills/Education• Master's Degree In a related field (e.g. Master's in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)• Experience in a retail environment• Experience leading global teamsPay Range: $116,400.00 - $194,500.00 annuallyStarting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
