Level5 Hospitality Job OpportunityThe Hotel Room Attendant/Housekeeper will clean, restock, and maintain hotel rooms as assigned. The goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality high-touch housekeeping service for each guest stay.Duties/Responsibilities:Receives list of assigned rooms from manager and prioritizes rooms requesting early cleaningChecks the inventory of cleaning cart and adds any necessary suppliesKnocks and announces self before entering room; returns at a later time if rooms are occupiedRemoves soiled linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets from each assigned room and provides fresh replacementsNeatly makes beds and stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels according to policiesCleans and disinfects bathroom and kitchenette or coffee-preparation areas according to hotel policiesWipes surfaces in room and cleans mirrorsVacuums floors and removes trashChecks complimentary coffee and toiletry supplies in the room, restocking according to provided hotel checklist and policyEnsures room meets hotel standards with a final room inspectionNotifies supervisor of room availability and reports any suspicious activity to securityNotifies maintenance department of needed maintenance or repairsTakes found items to designated lost and found area if guest has checked outPerforms other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Detail-oriented and thoroughAbility to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guestsAbility to perform consistent work to the highest of standardsAbility to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly wayEducation and Experience:Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needsAbility to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to access and navigate the facility.Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
